DIMITRI FROM PARIS and DJ ROCCA are back!
French house music legend Dimitri From Paris teamed up with DJ Rocca for their first Erodiscotique EP, which became a favorite of DJ’s from Soul Clap to Danny Krivit, The Magician and Horse Meat Disco. Now this is the second EP, due for release 18th November 2011 on Gomma. Basically they do early 90ies hip house and electroboogie. Including a cover of The Pet Shop Boys “Domino Dancing” (feat. Tim Benton) and the dancefloor burner Ero Disco Theme. Hits. Dimitri from Paris = The first DJ house music DJ in France. A godfather of the “french touch” and a cult figure with dance music connoisseurs. One of his compilations charted in Mixmag’s top 100 of best compilations ever. He remixed Bjork, the Cardigans, New Order, Quincy Jones! DJ Rocca is an Italian superproducer with releases on Classic, Rekids and International Feel (who also releases as Ajello and Crimea X and plays the flute on this release)
