Ajello are about to release their second album on Danny Was A Drag King, after “Spasm Odyssey” released on Mantra Vibes in 2006.
“Smells Like Too Cheesy” has a definitive 80s approach, 12 songs that see Ajello compositional skills to join the vocals of some of our past and presentdisco heroes: from the legendary Krisma to italo-disco timeless icon Fred Ventura throught the interplanetary XXL disco diva of the XXI century Hard Ton.
When the going gets properly cheesy, Italy always unleash talent…the lovely guys known as Amari, Bengi from funky-cult band Ridillo and new atarlette Jyoti all provide great songs to Ajello’s music.
Sometimes good cheese becomes awesomely trashy like 80’s cult character Don Cico and his back in the days ode to Sabrer and Champagne in Ri-Mi-Ni…or when Taver goes Pet Shop Boys - Paninaro with El Charro
“Smells Like Too Cheesy” will be out on CD / Digital formats while a remix edition will be available on vinyl at the beginning of 2012

DIMITRI FROM PARIS and DJ ROCCA are back!
French house music legend Dimitri From Paris teamed up with DJ Rocca for their first Erodiscotique EP, which became a favorite of DJ’s from Soul Clap to Danny Krivit, The Magician and Horse Meat Disco. Now this is the second EP, due for release 18th November 2011 on Gomma.  Basically they do early 90ies hip house and electroboogie. Including a cover of The Pet Shop Boys “Domino Dancing” (feat. Tim Benton) and the dancefloor burner Ero Disco Theme. Hits. Dimitri from Paris = The first DJ house music DJ in France. A godfather of the “french touch” and a cult figure with dance music connoisseurs. One of his compilations charted in Mixmag’s top 100 of best compilations ever. He remixed Bjork, the Cardigans, New Order, Quincy Jones! DJ Rocca is an Italian superproducer with releases on Classic, Rekids and International Feel (who also releases as Ajello and Crimea X and plays the flute on this release)
The 12″ includes a download card for the MP3 and high-quality downloads of all tracks, plus an exclusive download of the EP “A Reason For Living (The Edit Battle)”, including edits by Domenico Torti, Funkafilia, The BladeRunners, and Latin Raz Kaz.
