Having previously appeared on Radius, fast-rising Italian duo Luca Roccatagliati and Marcello Giordani pop up on Marcus J Knights Love Is War label with some seriously squelchy electronic disco fun. Lead track Pinero is particularly good – all other-worldly synths, squelchy synth bass and intergalactic bounce. In-house remix bod Ilija Rudman provides one of his shiny electrofunk rubs, whilst Marcus himself teams up with Kid Circus & Eon and offers up a shorter, tougher take for peak time floors. Throw in the deeper vibes of B-side Disaster and you’ve got yourself a hot little E.P. |
